Step 1. In a medium pot add 3 cups of water and place on high heat. Using a strainer, rinse rice until water runs clear, then on medium to high heat boil rice, stirring time to time for 10-15 minutes, when rice is cooked strain out water.
Step 2. Rinse fish and add slight salt, then steam fish for 10 minutes, after fish is cooked cool and debone the fish.
Step 3. Food process or chop up onion, sweet pepper, garlic, ginger, permento peeper, then add into a bowl along with tomato paste, chopped egg plant, seasoning powder, deboned fish and half 1 cup of water then mix.
Step 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on high drop in one clove of garlic to flavor fragrant oil then low to medium. Then add in contents of bowl from step 3 cook for 10 minutes occasionally stirring mixing.
Plateing: Serve on top rice
